The Great Lakes Picture of the Day.

Round Island Lighthouse, Michigan - Lake Huron

An early flight to meet the sun as it rises over the Straits of Mackinac and the Round  Island Lighthouse. From where this particular photograph was made and just over my left shoulder sits Mackinac Island. When visiting these islands, it is a common occurrence to see the Great Lakes largest ships pass inside these two islands.
